In its 20 years of existence, Intelec Holdings has been accompanying and contributing to the economic development of Mozambique through the various sectors in which it operates.

The Holding company comprises a set of companies in several business sectors.

In the energy field, it incorporates Eletrotec, which is the biggest in its sector at a national level. Since 1997, it has been acting in energy distribution infrastructure, focused on the construction and rehabilitation of the national electrical grid, Gigawatt, Self Energy, Aberdare, MGC (Matola Gas Company).

In the Telecommunications sector, it includes Vodacom, Comserv and Questcomm. In Agriculture, it forms part of Agromz. In the Textile sector, MCM. In the Finance sector, Moçambique Capitais and Banco Único, through SF Holdings. And in the mining sector, Mopetco and CMH.

At International Level

In Portugal– Intelec Holdings Portugal (sub-holding for Europe) with shares in Universo dos Sabores (Tourism and Hospitality) and Kyron (Consulting); 

In South Africa: Intelec South Africa (sub-holding for South Africa).
